Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all bookings, memberships, events, courses, examinations and related services offered or promoted by the Foundation through its website, payment pages and authorised channels.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require full or partial payment as stated on the relevant booking page.
• Payments are accepted through authorised payment gateways.
• Until payment is received and confirmed, the booking remains provisional.
• The Foundation may cancel or refuse bookings for incomplete information, suspected fraud or technical issues.

3. User Information & Accuracy

Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. The Foundation is not liable for failures or delays caused by incorrect information supplied by a user.

4. Confirmation & Official Letter

Following successful payment, a confirmation may be sent by email or SMS. An official confirmation letter will be sent to the email address supplied within the timeline stated on the booking page or otherwise communicated.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms and explains relevant procedures and timelines.

6. Changes to Events or Services

The Foundation may modify dates, times, schedules or speakers for operational reasons. Registered participants will be informed as early as reasonably possible and alternatives or refunds will follow the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Liability for a claim connected with these terms or services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. The Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, images and programme materials are the intellectual property of the Foundation or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon or New Delhi.
