YOGDHAANM SHARA SMITI FOUNDATION aims to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation processes for bookings, memberships and event fees.
1. General Principles
- Refunds are subject to verification and standard payment-gateway timelines.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment source unless otherwise approved.
- Payment processing fees may be deducted when this was stated at booking.
2. Cancellation by a Participant
Requests must be submitted in writing. Standard bookings and memberships are non-refundable unless a cancellation window was announced. A request received at least seven calendar days before an event may be considered at the Foundation’s discretion.
3. Cancellation by the Foundation
If the Foundation cancels an event or service, registrants will be offered either a full refund to the original payment method or an agreed credit toward an alternative event or future offering.
4. Duplicate Payments & Failures
For duplicate payments or failed bookings where funds were debited, contact the Foundation with the payment screenshot, UTR or transaction reference. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded.
5. Processing Timelines

Timelines depend on banks and payment gateways; delays outside the Foundation’s control cannot be guaranteed.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email aadiro96@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Booking/Invoice No.]”.
- Include your full name, booking number, transaction reference and reason.
- The Foundation will acknowledge receipt within two working days.
